Future Professionals Return Policy
Please read the following information carefully, and keep it in a safe place, to assist you in any replacements of products you may need. *You must fill out your warranty card, sign it, and mail it back to The Source within 10 days of your class start for the warranty to be valid! *
1. As soon as you are given your kit, open it up, and check to make sure all items are included. (Check list on the back).
Missing Items:
*You will have 10 days after opening your kits to report anything missing to your Learning Leader for replacement. Your Learning Leader will contact The Source with the missing items, and the replacements will be sent to your school. No requests from Future Professionals for Missing Items will be honored.
*Missing Items should be reported when you go through your kit items on the first day of class together!
*Each Kit has been weighed and quality checked before it is shipped to insure nothing is missing. If you believe something is missing please double check!
2. After you have checked to see if you have all items in your kit, check all of your Electrical items- Blow Dryer, Smoothing Iron, Curling Iron, and Clipper/Trimmers. Plug them in and make sure that they all work. (Lights go on, appliances heat up, dryers/clippers run…) Make sure to hit “Reset” buttons before assuming it does not work. If any of your appliances are defective out of the box, you will need to send them to The Source along with your warranty card.
3. Check to make sure that all items are functioning properly, and there has been no damage in shipping. (Look at your case inside and out, does the trolley handle fit on the case? Set up the tripod, check the bag, check your hand mirror, spray bottle, apron, and capes)
4. Defective or Damaged Items:
Replacements will only be made after your warranty card is received at The Source.
Electrical Items are under warranty for One Year.
Non-Electrical Items are under warranty for 90 days.
Whenever you have a defective item, that fits the time frame above, and we have your warranty card on file… You should send your defective item to:

Once The Source receives your defective item, we will determine if it is under warranty, and send you out your replacement, or send you back the tool at the address on your warranty card.
*Please make sure that your defectives are due to a manufacturer’s defect only! Replacements will not be made under warranty for the following: Misuse, Abuse, Neglect, Damage by Heat, Cold, or Water, Dropping Tools, Accidents, Lost Parts, Previous Repairs by Others, Melted Brushes and Combs from use with blow dryers or smoothing irons, Sitting/Standing on Cases and Tools, Dragging Cases up/down Stairs by the Trolley Handle, and Forcing of parts resulting in a break.
5. Scissor Exchanges:
If you have ordered, or received the wrong handed scissors… Please report these to your
Learning Leader, and give them the wrong scissors to exchange immediately!
6. Responsibilities:
*School Staff- will contact The Source for any missing items, exchanges, and any questions or concerns about your
tools.
*Future Professionals- will send in their warranty cards and defective items to The Source at the address above.
